One major lender revealed they received 3,000+ more Housing Australia Guarantee (HGS) applications than expected — meaning lending has become highly selective.
✅ Despite the pressure, we’ve proudly maintained a 100% success rate for HGS applications, thanks to our detailed preparation and experience.
